Can Charlotte Russe company started making there shoes and half-size because i love there shoes so much but the 9 is too tight and the size 10 is way to big. I am so happy that somebody posted about the Charlotte Russe Tanforan management. I also worked there and I know 3 more people who were fired with the same reason! The managers, Stina and Nina, are power tripping. I'm going to make a formal complaint about the Charolotte Russe in Plaza Bonita Mall, in National City, CA...job seekers beware.
The others were bordering on rude and were huddled together in some private social conversation in the middle of the store. I appreciate professional service but whichever one is in charge shouldn't be. I will be directing my teenager and our $$ elsewhere. The clothes are eight sizes too small, and even those with the highest self esteem break down crying. Honestly; the staff is TERRIBLE, the fashions are DEPLORABLY SLUTTY, and I am never going back.

Even with tags and receipt I wasn't able to do an even exchange I had to ask my mom to exchange it for me because I felt like there was no respect from the employees. They play games, and only hired my granddaugher for the one night. They never intended to be her on the schedule. The explanation is the guy who hired my granddaughter doesn't work there anymore, and none of the people he hired were put on the schedule. The fact that he doesn't work there, has nothing to do with my granddaughter being put on the schedule that is a very lame excuse for trying to cover there shady butts.
The staff is rude, incompetent, and trashy. I recently had a situation where the assistant manager rang up an item wrong. I brought the item back and was talked down to by both the assistant manager and the manager. After all the drama I could care less about their store credit. I even called customer service and was treated the same way.

When i called.customer service they told me the $$$ amount that was on the card. So i returned to the store and the her to key the card in instead of swiping it, it worked. But as a manager you should.have.known what to do.
Horrible customer service I would not recommend shopping there. A girl from Cherlotte Russe Tanforan was fired because apparently she wasn't able to attend a store meeting. The former employee gave her availability to her manager Stina Marshall and she kept on giving her hours on days when she isn't available, which BTW happened three times. She was even told to find replacements for those shifts even when it was her manager's fault. The store meeting was scheduled on the day when she had to go to school and her knows that she can't work during Mondays. Horrible customer service
I do like some of their clothes and jewelry but everything falls apart after only wearing it once. I think I'm officially done with this store. Everytime I go in, I notice less and less customers in the store, I wonder why!?! They need to change their ways before they really sink.
Discuss the issues you have had with Charlotte Russe and work with their customer service team to find a resolution. The Charlotte rousse in Miami Florida dolphin mall has terrible customer service. The woman at the register and the manager stole three dollars and denied that they still had it and claimed to have given it back. They are terrible and i wouldn't recommend this Charlotte rousse to anyone. It is terrible when a manager cannot step in and do the right thing. This store is under bad management and needs a new manager as soon as possible.
I went into their store last weekend to return some jeans. I did not have the card I recently purchased it with so the lady gave me a merchandise credit card and said I can use it online anytime. I tried to use it online today to purchase my items but the it said information not found. So I called their customer service line and they said I would have to get in contact with the store manager. I did that to be only told that I can only use it in store and that it will not work online.
The man had no clue what he was talking about and didn't care to understand the situation. This is not how a real business is run and this isn't the first time I've heard of problems with charlotte russe. They are so desperate to keep my 20 bucks then solve a problem and keep a customer. I went shopping at the San Marcos, TX Charlotte Russe Outlet this past Sunday.
And they would send out the correct color. Clothes are of cheap material & not well-made. If the items rip after you buy them and when you first put them on, they do not give you refund. They do not believe in warranty that the goods have to at least withstand a few wears. Customer service is outsourced to IMOTRAC in Colorado.
By the by, GET MORE PROPER SIZES. NO NORMAL PERSON HAS A 32 A BRA SIZE AND AN ANOREXIC BODY TO MATCH AND FITS INTO A SIZE 8!!! I'm going back to making my own clothes... I want my money back, I don't understand why I have to wait for much longer. It's clear that my items will never arrive. I ordered my items at the beginning of November. Manager Anthony at the Glendale Tanger Outlet in Arizona and the Arrowhead mall is extremely unprofessional unpleasant and a habitual liar.

The cost of transportation to get to and from the post office TWICE is more than the cost of the dress so its useless at this point.
